Planning the wedding of your dreams just got easier

~step one~   

Inspiration & Design

We will start by meeting together for our first initial planning and design meeting. I will ask you to see a few of your inspiration photos, or we can review your current Pinterest board.

I have a really good eye for picking out the commonalities in groups of pictures, so that is what I will use to build your custom design board for your wedding.

​

The things I look for the most are the color trends your are following, the amount of florals you like, and what venue vibes you are going for! I will send the finalized design plan to you for your approval.

~step two~

Budget & Vendors

Once you approve the design plan, I will send you a custom budget worksheet for you and your fiancé to fill out. This worksheet will list all the categories you will need to budget for... venue/catering, florals, photography, décor, and so forth.

There will be a section on the worksheet that lists a price range on how much you should expect to  spend in that category based on your guest count and the design plan we created together. 

​

After you send the completed budget worksheet back to me, I will start building the vendor team for the wedding day. All the vendors selected are guaranteed to work cohesively together in order to achieve that Pinterest/Instagram worthy wedding day look!

~step three~ 

Finalization of Details

After all of the fun stuff is over, you can count on me to tie up all the small little details... which sometimes seem like big details. We'll review and file away all of the vendor contracts, remind you of when payments are due to vendors, draft your reception floorplan, formalize the wedding day timeline, coordinate the wedding rehearsal and wedding day...

During the final venue walk through, we will make sure you feel completely confident in all the plans that have been made so that the only step left to do... is have the time of your life at the wedding!
